Property Patrol
Position

Be your own boss! This is a part time position with contracts taking place early evenings Monday - Friday 8 pm to 10 pm. Some Schedules are from 8 pm - 12 am.

Responsibilities

Outdoor exterior hall properties use Toters to move trash & recycling to truck beds and then transferred to onsite dumpster/compactor locations. In addition, these contracts usually require more extensive walking and climbing of stairs. Truck is used to move trash & recycling to onsite dumpster locations. This location requires a pickup truck.

Qualificiations

Must be conscientious, reliable, and exhibit a friendly and helpful attitude towards management and residents. Patroller must be at least 18 years of age & family member assistance is welcome at some locations. Must be authorized to work in the United States and must be willing to be subject to a criminal background check. (Each background check is reviewed on a case by case basis. Prior charges or convictions may or may not exclude participation.) A valid Driver’s License and ability to operate a motor vehicle in Utah is required. (Valid documentation included but not limited to Auto Liability Insurance and Driver’s license must be maintained.) Must be able to physically lift and transport up to 50 lbs. and able to work in indoor and outdoor environments during various weather conditions. Must be able to ascend or descend stairs and walk for prolonged periods of time. Must have a phone capable of sending and receiving photos and text messages. An open-bed pickup truck is preferred for some of our service locations.

Pay

This is a 1099 contract employee position which allows you to work independently with flexibility of schedule. You are paid per location and/or $17-$40 per 100 unit property. It takes an average of 1 hour per every 100 units serviced.
